The eligibility criteria for getting admitted to top universities in India

The university offers educational programs at the diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. There are some basic eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled by students to get admission into top universities in India.

For Diploma Courses
  • The students having 10th pass certificates are required to complete a diploma of three year duration while the students who pass the 10+2 examination can pursue a 2 year diploma course.

For UG Courses
  • The students must pass the 12th grade exam or diploma from an accredited board of education.

  • The candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in a related field from an accredited institution.

For Ph.D Courses
  • The candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in a related field from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 55%.
  • Students must take either a written test administered by the desired university or a national entrance exam administered by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
  • For the final merit list, the students must participate in individual interviews.
