MAT or Management Aptitude Test is a national level entrance exam conducted for students who want to go for an MBA program from a reputed B-School in India. Over 800+ B-schools accept MAT scores.
The MAT exam is the simplest among the rest of the MBA entrance exams, and it is organized by the All India Management Association (AIMA). MAT appears almost 4 times in a year, i.e. February, May, September, and December. So, MAT is the only exam that offers students the three options to appear on the exam, i.e. Computer Based Test ( CBT), Paper Based Test ( PBT), and Internet-Based Test ( IBT) modes. The MAT question paper includes 200 Multiple choice questions with 5 different subjects.

- The candidate applying for the MAT exam must have a bachelor’s degree in any of the streams and that of a well-known university.
- Final-year college students are also eligible to apply for the MAT exam.

Step 1: Visit the official AIMA MAT website.
- Aspirants, Login to AIMA MAT official website
- Click on the registration tab.
- Enter your details, like, name, Date of birth, mobile number, email, and verify your number.
- You must provide the essential documents like- valid email id, Image of scanned signature & photograph, personal details and debit card/credit card/Paytm details, educational qualification details, etc.
Step 2: Logged in candidates can visit the AIMA site.
Those aspirants, who have logged in their details can visit the website: https://mat.aima.in and enter their registered details and click on the submit button.
Step 3: Complete your payment.
Choose your exam mode, test city. Then, select your mode of payment and pay the amount via debit/credit card, net banking, wallet, or UPI.
Step 4: Upload your photograph and signature.
Submit your recent photograph and signature in the .jpeg or jpg format.
Step 5: Fill out your personal details, qualifications, and other details for selecting Management Institutes.
Step 6: Check out and download your registration form.
