Admission Process 

Students from around the world every year come to participate in the admission process conducted by Kalinga University. The admission process starts after the students fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria for the same. For admission to its various courses across various disciplines, the university follows the admission process mentioned below. 

• Fill up the online application form with the required documents to prove the eligibility
• Appear for the Kalinga Solistic Entrance Exam in CBT mode
• Qualify the exam with marks above 50% and make it to the merit list
• Pay the fees within 10 days of the issue of the selected students' list

Upon successful completion of these steps, the students get admission to their preferred course based on their ranks on the merit list. 

Results and Cut off 

To secure admission to the desired course at Kalinga University, it is very important to clear the eligibility criteria. The minimum requirement for admission to any UG and PG course is the completion of 10+2 from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks. Following this, a minimum of 50% score is required in the KALSEE to make it to the merit list of the students. Following the fulfillment of these criteria and based on the rank on the merit list, the candidate is provided admission to the various courses offered by the university. 

Placement 

The training and placement department of Kalinga University takes care of all the placement and internship-related activities of the university. It performs thorough market research and based on the current standards it arranges to prepare students according to them. A number of guest lectures, visiting faculty sessions and industrial seminars are conducted from time to time by the department. 

To help students stay ahead in the competitive selection processes conducted by the companies, the placement cell organizes aptitude tests and group discussions at regular intervals. Besides these, the T&P department invites a number of recognized and respectable institutes and companies to participate in its placement drive every year. Campus Facilities 

The campus of Kalinga University is spread across 35 acres of land in Raipur. The surrounding of the campus is covered with a lush green environment and serene atmosphere. All the infrastructure of the university is developed keeping in mind the proper take care and development of the students. The campus itself possesses facilities like a gymnasium, sporting complex, auditoriums, banks, and hospitals for the ease of the students. 

To help students learn and grow effectively, the university provides them with a safe and well-furnished hostel facility. The hostels for both the boys and girls are situated within the safe environment of the university which is installed with CCTV cameras. All the hostels have their own mess running all day long to provide healthy and nutritious food to the students. Besides, for the convenience of the students, the university provides them with a 24/7 wi-fi facility, ATM facility, and transport facilities. 

To bring in the holistic development of students studying at the university, the university provides them with a variety of activity clubs. Starting from student clubs, Youth India, Faith, and Worship, the university also provides the opportunity to participate in the NCC and NSS groups. Besides, for the welfare and security of the students, the university also has formed a number of groups like the Anti-ragging squad and the anti-sexual harassment teams.
