Overview

ICFAI University, Chattisgarh was established in the year 2011. The university establishment took place under the Chattisgarh Private University Establishment and operations Act 2005. The institute was set with the aim to cater to the modern needs of society with its well-versed modern teaching methods. Hence, to fulfill its aim, the university puts all the required efforts and prepares its students for a better future and a developed community. 

On its way toward excellence, the university has received a number of awards and accolades. Alongside, all the courses that its offers are been approved by their respective governing organizations. This empowers the university to award degrees in various disciplines. Some of the major bodies that have recognized and approved the university for its operation are UGC, NCTE, and AICTE. Besides, the university is also a proud member of AIU.

They are well-trained and experienced industry professionals, who know how to prepare students as per the industry standards. Besides, the university has tie-ups with various foreign universities. Course Highlights

Admission Process 

To get admission into any of the 25 courses offered by ICFAI university, the candidate needs to qualify through the selection process. Though there is no qualifying exam, an interview is conducted. The interview is taken by the senior members of the university admission committee upon successful submission of the online application form. In the interview, the student is judged based on some key parameters like academic distinction, sports performance, participation in various events, and interest in various co-curricular activities. 

Upon qualifying for the interview, the candidate is called for document verification and then a seat is offered to them. The seat under any course is subject to marks obtained in the qualifying rounds. 

Results and Cut off  

Being an aspirant willing to take admission in the desired course at ICFAI University, it is very important to know the eligibility criteria. Only upon fulfillment of the eligibility, the further admission process can be conducted. The minimum eligibility criteria for applying for admission to any course offered by ICFAI is 50% marks in HSC. The HSC certification should also be given by any recognized board, then only it will be considered valid. Besides, for PG courses, the candidate must score a minimum of 50% marks in their bachelor’s course. Hence, before applying for admission make sure eligibility criteria are fulfilled. 

Placement

For taking care of the placement facilities of the students, the university possesses a separate placement department. This department gives utmost importance to the competence development of the students to prepare them for recruitment processes. Besides, they provide timely career guidance to the students as they grow up in their courses.
