Candidates must have a diploma in Engineering under the 10+3 scheme of the state board of technical examination and also score at least 50% aggregate marks in the diploma examination and the compulsory  common entrance test conducted at the national level.

Passed with a minimum of 50% marks in an open category or 45% in the case of backward class category in IIA Exam approved by COA.

Moreover, the overall admission process is controlled by the Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture (MASA) which is a centralized allotment process.
Other than that, the students must have passed HSC or equivalent examinations with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with the subject mathematics.

The admission of the students in the college are declared on the basis of cut off by Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies.
Therefore the cut off in M.Arch urban design was 72 and M.Arch urban conservation was 62 the previous year.
