Located in Punjab, Chitkara University was founded by the Punjab State Legislature under “The Chitkara University Act” in 2010 by Dr. Ashok K Chitkara and Madhu Chitkara in 1998.
It offers various Under-graduate, post-graduate, and doctoral courses which are approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Indian Nursing Council (INC), and National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).

There is no such cut-off for CAT/ CAT/MAT/ NMAT/XAT/CMAT for getting admission into MBA but your admission depends on the merit list and ranking decided by the University on the rank in the entrance exam, group discussion, and personal interview.
However, for Ph.D. courses admission will be given on the basis of marks scored in the university entrance exam followed by a personal interview.
The cut-off is decided based on reservation and the availability of seats.
