• Filling up the application includes application fees that are not refundable along with the necessary documentation to support the information given. To be precise you might have to give INR 1600 for B.Arch and INR 1800 for M.Arch course admission.

Result and Cutoff

Just like any other university NMIMS's Balwant Sheth School of Architecture admission and selection is based on merit as well as multiple entrance exams. The university holds an entrance exam of its own which interested candidates have to partake in prior to admission.  

Different courses have different cutoffs in this university. However, one of the main criteria is a good score in NATA which is their official entrance exam. Along with that one has to have a passing score of 10+2.
