Overview
AAERT & THE SSB, Faculty of Architecture, as a wing of Gujarat's first self-financed college, Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology, was established in 1995. The faculty location is based in Surat. The faculty aims to deliver education to more than 33,000 students.
AAERT & THE SSB, Faculty of Architecture provides high-quality education on architecture to students. In addition, the faculty provides an option of a more industry-friendly curriculum to a candidate. Architecture is the creation of human space. Therefore, this Faculty of Architecture deals with architecture as a discipline as well as a profession.

B.ARCH | The candidates will be selected based on the merit list from the marks obtained in 10+2. Besides that, the NATA scorecard is also necessary. | B.Arch is a five-year program that provides knowledge to the individual about design, architecture, and impacts in personality development. |
M. ARCH | The candidates who have completed their graduation in Architecture with a minimum mark of 55%. Along with that, candidates should also have work experience of a minimum of one year. | M.Arch is a two-year program that makes the individual much more efficient in forming a vision for a holistic department. |
MURP | Students are eligible to do it if they have any of the following degrees: B.Planning/BE Civil/B.Arch/or Masters in Economics, Geography, Sociology with a minimum of 55% of marks.
| MURP is also a two-year program. Master in Urban & Regional Planning. It makes students good at understanding urban and regional issues. Along with that, it also analyzes the physical, socio-economic, cultural, political, and ecological dimensions of human settlements. |
MID | The candidate must have completed his or her graduation in any field. | MID is also a two-year programme. Masters in Interior Design. MID embeds students with knowledge that will help them connect with top-notch designers and leading global companies. |
BID | The minimum eligibility criteria that are required for BID is 10 + 2 in any of the streams. The minimum mark for intermediate is 50%. | BID is a four-year program. Bachelor in Interior Designs. The curriculum offered in the BID is more industry-relevant, competent to global demand, and relevant to the time. |
DID | The student must have acquired 50% marks at the HSC examination. | DID is also a two year program. Diploma in Interior Designs. The course offers a student to become a strong support to established design professionals. |

● The student is allowed to make the payment as per the guidelines of the vacant seat submission.
● The admission will be strictly made according to merit and availability of vacant seats.
● As per the rules, the amount will be refunded back in case of cancellation of admission.
Results and Cut off

Placement
Student to placement ratio is not very good. Most of the good students get placed in well-known companies. It has been observed that around 60% of students get placements in the industry. Some of the top recruiting companies are HPCL, ONGC, Essar, Acetochem, etc. The average package salary that has been expected here is around 3-4 Lakhs per annum. Top roles in different departments have been offered by various big companies that come here to place the students.
Campus Facilities
Besides the course provided to make students perfect in their fields, the campus also offers various facilities.
● Laboratories have been provided to each of the faculties. The lab contains the latest and upgraded equipment. This equips the students with practical knowledge as well.
● The Internet, Communication, and Reprographic center are also present there.
● The campus also has a central library facility for guiding learners.
● Along with academics, the campus also focuses on co-curricular activities. They have provided Indoor Sports Facilities And Play Grounds For Cricket, Football, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, BasketBall.
● Mechanical Lab and Model Making facilities are also there.
● The students can take care of their food requirements along with studies with the help of a canteen.
