Brief Outline
The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) is a prestigious Deemed University located in the pink city of India. Its sprawling campus is spread on over 100-acre (40 ha) of green land. The institute is a public-private partnership venture between the LNM foundation and the Government of Rajasthan and operates as an autonomous non-profit organization.
The growth of the institution is quite motivating. The Institute began in 2003 with a branch, Communication and Computer Engineering (CCE), in a temporary campus in Jaipur, but today the institute offers the following four disciplines:
- Communication and Computer Engineering (CCE)
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering (MME)
- Mechanical Engineering (ME)
The university has a separate Training and Placement Cell which handles all aspects of placements at LNMIIT for the students of all departments. It is a student body, directly under the supervision of the honorable Director, headed by the Training and Placement Officer.
Research and Development
The LNMIIT, Jaipur focuses on the latest areas of science and technology for teaching and research in its curriculum. The faculty members have publications in some of the well-reputed journals (high impact factor) and peer-reviewed conferences.
Ranking and Recognition
In the prestigious and widely acclaimed educational ranking of Indian Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF- 2025), LNMIIT at 85th Rank in IIRF Deemed University Ranking 2025.
