The Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya (MMYVV) is a private university which is situated in the Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh and was established in 1995 and later recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university is known for its focus on education related to vadic science and offers programs that include four Vedas, six Vedangas, six Upangas, twelve Samhitas of Upaveda, including nine Samhitas of Ayurved, Gandharva Veda, Sthapatya Veda, Dhanurveda, Brahmin Samhitas-Itihas, Puran, Smriti, Upanishad, Aranyaka, Brahmin, and six Pratisakhya.

Along with the traditional vadic courses, the university also offers diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various specializations such as computer science, social science, education, commerce, and many more. The university is one of its kind and offers excellence in all the programs because of the faculty members, who have an exceptional set of knowledge and carry a lot of experience in their subjects. Admission Process

The candidates need to follow the given process to get admission to the university.

• The candidates have to visit the official website of the university to download the application form.
• The candidates need to make a hard copy of the downloaded form.
• The candidates have to fill in the application form with the required personal details.
• The students have to choose the desired course and subject they are applying for.
• The candidates are advised to attach the marksheets and certificates of the previous academic records along with the passport size photographs,  domicile certificate photocopies of Adhar card, etc.
• The candidates are required to send the application form to the address of the university by postal service.
• The students have to send a demand draft of Rs 1000 in the name of the university which should be payable at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
• The university will prepare a merit list on the basis of the applicants previous academic records and declare the list of the selected students.
• The selected students need to pay the admission fee by a given date to confirm their seats at the university.

Results and Cut off

The university offers admissions to students on the basis of their previous academic records and the merit of the applicants. For diploma courses, students should pass out the 10th examination from a recognized education board in India. For an undergraduate program, students have to pass 10+2 in similar subjects or an equivalent level of examination from a recognized education board in India. For the master’s degree, students should have an undergraduate degree in similar specializations from a recognized university in India with at least 50% marks. All admissions are subjected to the merit of the previous academic records.

The campus of the university is located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and spread over a huge area of 150 acres.
