Overview

The Integral University is a private university situated in the city of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and was established in the year 2004 and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university has a total of 11 faculties, which are further divided into 25 departments offering more than 120 academic programs. The university has more than 12,000 students currently studying in various departments.

The university offers all the courses, like diplomas, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, in various specializations, like engineering, information technology, agricultural science, arts, humanities, science, management, law, nursing, education, commerce, social science, medicine, pharmacy, and many more. The university has a hospital which is used by the medical students to learn practical things along with 200 professional doctors.

The university offers reservations to international students because it offers the exchange of ideas, culture, and knowledge from one country to another. Foreign qualifications and the education board are accepted by the university. The faculty members at the university are well experienced and recognized in their field of education, with most of them having Ph.D degrees and an exceptional set of knowledge that helps students perform well in their academic sessions. 

The university offers all the campus facilities that are needed to run an educational firm. The university offers facilities such as hostels with a capacity of more than 2500 students, libraries with a lot of books, laboratories with modern equipment, a playground for sports tournaments, a gym, canteen, transport, bank, hospital, blood bank, and many more. Integral University is ranked 37th in all India and the 4th state university of Uttar Pradesh by the IIRF University Rankings 2023 among the top universities in India.

Course Highlights

The university offers various courses under different faculties with several specializations. Some of them are mentioned below.

• The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology offers courses like B.Tech and M.Tech in various specializations such as computer science engineering, civil, engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical, food technology, computer applications, and many more.
• The Faculty of Agriculture and Technology offers courses like B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, and MBA in agriculture.
• The Faculty of Science offers courses like B.Sc and M.Sc in various specializations such as physics, chemistry, math, zoology, botany, chemistry, life sciences, industrial chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, and many more.
• The Faculty of Pharmacy offers courses like B.Parma, M.Pharma, and Pharma D in various specializations such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and many more.
• The Faculty of Commerce and Management offers courses like B.Com, M.Com, BBA, and MBA in different specializations.
• The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences offers courses like MBBS, B.Sc, M.Sc, and MS in various specializations such as pathology, physiotherapy, medical anatomy, medical biochemistry, forensics, and many more.
• The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences offers courses like BA and MA in various specializations such as English, economics, psychology, and political science.

Admission Process

The candidates need to follow the given process to get admission to the university.

• The candidates need to visit the university and can purchase the application form, which needs to be filled completely with the required details and submitted back to the university.

• The candidates need to visit the official website of the university where they can apply online.
• The application form is needed to fill out with the necessary personal details and upload the documents like marksheets and certificates of the previous academic records.
• The students need to pay the application form fee after choosing the desired course to complete the application form.
• The students are required to appear in the entrance test organized by the university if their course is in that category.
• The university calls the students for the counseling process, where they need to bring in the original documents for verification, and some courses require group discussion and a personal interview.
• The university prepares a merit list of the applicants where the selected students need to submit the admission fee to confirm their admission.

Results and Cut off

The university has 72 courses in which they offer admission through a university entrance test and in 27 courses they offer direct admission on the basis of the previous academic records of the candidate. The courses which offer admission on entrance tests are B.Tech, MBBS, Ph.D, M.Pharma, and some others where the results and cutoff change regularly. The admission in MBBS is allotted through the counseling organized by the state government on the basis of the marks obtained in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The engineering courses are allotted based on the valid score cards in the JEE mains and other state entrance examinations. A 50% reservation is for the students of Muslim minorities, and 50% of the seats are open to all general students.

Placement

The university offers campus placement drives for students in their final years. The university focuses on preparing the students to face the interviews and the aptitude tests taken by the recruiters. Several live lectures by industrial experts are organized by the university to make their students learn about the conditions of the international way of working. The major recruiters at the university are Accenture, Airtel, Capgemini, Abbott, and many more.

Alumni Network

Many reputed positions in India and abroad are held by alumni of the university. Some of the notable alumni are mentioned below.

• Renuka Tripathi is working as an IRPS officer in the Ministry of Railways.
• Kritiika Jaiswal is an IAS of the 2014 batch.
• Mohd. Mohsin Khan is working as the Deputy Superintendent of Police in Uttar Pradesh.

Campus Facilities

The campus of the university is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The campus offers all the facilities that are necessary for the smooth functioning of the university. The students at the university have access to the libraries, laboratories, transportation, hostels, mess, cafeterias, sports grounds, seminar halls, auditoriums, and many more.

The hostel at the campus is spread over 8 blocks, in which there are separate hostels for both boys and girls, with a total capacity of 2500. The mess is attached to the hostel block where the students can have their daily meal. The food at the mess is tasty and nutritious, and the menu keeps changing according to the season and other health requirements of the students.

The university also offers a library, which is accessible to the students whenever they need any academic books or other journals, magazines, or daily newspapers. The digital section of the library is equipped with books in digital format. There are different labs for each subject, like physics, chemistry, computers, mechanicals, and many more, which are equipped with modern equipment.

The university has several playgrounds hosting different sports tournaments like cricket, football, volleyball, and others. The gym at the campus is used by the students to do intense workouts. The transportation facility is for the students and the staff that provides quick mobility in the entire city.
