International Institute of Professional Studies (IIPS)

IIPS is a department of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. It was established in the year 1992 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. With a lot many advanced quality professional studies on offer, IIPS-Indore has been identified as the number one technical institution in Central India. IIPS-DAVV is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE). It has been ranked 24th in the Business Standard survey of best B-schools in the country and placed in the ‘A+’ category.

IIPS offers various undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses like B.Tech., M.Tech., B.B.A., M.B.A., B.Com. (Hons), M.C.A. and the likes. Those who are looking to get an M.B.A. done, are offered courses like Core M.B.A., M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, M.B.A. in Tourism, M.B.A. in Finance, M.B.A. in Marketing, M.B.A. in Productions and operations management, etc. to choose from, and have an added advantage of getting expanded concept and facilities.

Students also have the opportunity to engage in sports in addition to their studies. They also get the opportunity to participate in various cultural events and prove themselves proficient in extra-curricular activities. The number of employees working in this educational institution is 55. Every year at the beginning of winter, that is in the month of October-November an annual event is held, called “Technophilia”, and it is a huge event. An annual program is organized to welcome all the students and to engage in interaction, confidence-building, and coordination amongst the freshers and the seniors. This particular flagship event of the 5-year M.S. course is called “FIESTA”.

The research and development in IIPS is dedicated to crafting new knowledge in a diversified manner. It allows the students to learn new things in a better manner as per the industry standards. Mentors of this institute provide proper guidance to the students to present and publish their research papers. Many students have created milestones in this institute by seeking assistance from the faculties.

Nakul Joshi, the Proprietor of Mangalam Management and Services, studied management from IIPS-DAVV. Ketul Sahu, a business analyst-cum-project manager at Capgemini completed his integrated MBA in Finance at IIPS-DAVV in the batch of 2006-2011. Akshay Arjun who is a proud patron of IIPS-DAVV is the current Senior HR Associate with Aster DM Healthcare, Doha, Qatar.
