For becoming a Company Secretary in our country, a person must become an Associate Member of the ICSI. Anyone who wants to be a member would only become eligible if they pass all three levels of examinations conducted by this institution. The three levels of the examination conducted by this institution are CSEET which is the earlier Foundation, Executive, and then the Professional examination. Then the candidate if declared “Pass” has to undergo a Short term and a Long term practical training for about four months.
