Overview
National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, called NIMHANS. The institute was founded back in December 1925. The institute is proudly called one of the best institutes for Mental Health and Neuroscience education in India. The institute is situated in the most innovative city of India, Bangalore. The institute is serving the country with the best and talented Doctors.
In 1994, The Central Government gave the position to the institute and declared it as the “Deemed university”. And In 2012, this worthy institute received the status of being called an “Institute of National Importance”.
