The main component of success in the Ramaiah admission process is the Karnataka PGCET entrance test. Applicants should devote 2-3 months after the completion of their undergraduate degree to prepare for the four sections of the PGCET entrance test, with special attention to Verbal, Quantitative, and Logical Reasoning. At least 5 mock tests and sample papers should be attempted, with additional preparation devoted to working out practice questions from CAT or XAT test papers, especially in topics in which the student has scored relatively low marks in the mock test series.
