Admissions

The eligibility criteria for different degree programs offered by the Faculty of Management & Commerce, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru, are as follows:

• MBA: Applicants must have an aggregate of 50% or above, from an undergraduate degree program of at least three years’ duration, from a recognized University anywhere in the world. The aggregate requirement is relaxed for SC/ST students. There is no requirement that the student must have studied Commerce during his/her UG studies; arts, science, and engineering graduates are also welcome to apply.

The application procedures for different degree programs are as follows:

• MBA: Eligible candidates must attempt the Karnataka PGCET entrance examination. After receiving a valid rank in this entrance test, they must fill the Ramaiah University MBA application form (in online or offline mode). After payment of the first year’s tuition fee and submission of original documents for verification, the admission process is completed and they can start attending classes.
• B.Com. (Honors): First, eligible candidates must fill the online application form and submit all the required documents (primarily academic transcripts and certificates). • BBA and M.Com.: The steps are similar to those for B.Com. aspirants; however, Mathematics or Accountancy is not a required subject.
