Fees
The total academic fee for the two year PGDM program at IIEBM Pune is INR 7.95 Lakh, with more than 70% of this amount payable in the first year. This includes the tuition fee, employee enhancement training and certifications, industry interaction charges, placement and training fees, industrial tour cost, outdoor management training, business magazines and newspaper subscriptions for two years, the college uniform, bag, and planner, in addition to examination fees and usage of academic facilities. The academic fee for the one year PGP - ERP program is INR 3.75 Lakh.
All first year students of IIEBM Pune must stay in the hostel. The hostel fees (which includes the mess charges) are INR 1.3 LPA (for students living in the old block) and INR 1.5 LPA (for students in the new block). All students must also bring their own laptops to the campus. The School also has education loan collaborations with major private and public banks, including SBI, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and IDFC First Bank.
Admissions
The eligibility criteria for admission to the PGDM program at IIEBM Pune are as follows:
- The student must possess pass certificates at three levels: Standard X and XII Board Examinations (from a recognized Board of Higher Secondary Education in India or abroad), and undergraduate studies, from any recognized University.
- The aggregate across all undergraduate semester exams must exceed 60%.
- Students in the final year of a UG degree may also apply, on the condition that they submit their final mark sheets before joining IIEBM.
- Any one of the following entrance test scores is mandatory: CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, NMAT, ATMA, or GMAT. Any other MBA Aptitude test approved by AICTE is also allowed.
The criteria are simplified for applicants to the PGP - ERP (SAP) program: only candidates with an IT or engineering background at either UG or PG level (e.g. BE, BTech, BCA, MCA) can apply. In addition, their average score in the final year of the qualifying degree must be 55% or higher.
The steps in the admission and application process are:
- Accessing the application form either online (https://admission.iiebm.com/) or from the IIEBM office.
- Filling up the application form with accurate academic and personal details.
- Uploading supporting documents, including photographs, MBA entrance test scorecard, birth certificate, UG academic transcripts and degree certificate, and (if applicable) a work experience certificate. After payment of the application fee, the form can be submitted.
- Shortlisted candidates are given a date for the final round, consisting of a Written Assessment, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.
- The final merit list is released after the GD/PI round, and candidates who receive offers must pay the first installment of the tuition fees within 10 days of receipt, failing which the next student in the list is given a chance to join.
PGP - ERP (SAP) applicants must follow a similar process. However, instead of the Group Discussion round, a Technical Interview is conducted.
