Overview

IIHMR University is a private university that is situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The university was established in 1984 and is still running with the same motto of spreading knowledge with better facilities and experienced faculties. The university gives emphasis on research in management research, postgraduate education, and live training in the health sector. 

The university offers various courses in public health, management, economics, statistics, demography, social and behavioral sciences, rural development, and the pharmaceutical sector.  Their international tie-ups with different universities and organizations make their students learn in a global environment. Admission Process

The admission process at IIHMR University includes the following steps:

● The students need to register themselves by filling in the registration form.

● After completing the registration form, the students are advised to check the eligibility criteria for the desired course.

● If students fulfill the eligibility criteria, then they can directly come for the group discussion and personal interview.

● If the student does not have the required marks in the qualifying examination, they need to appear in the university entrance test.

● After securing the place in merit list one can take admission by completing the verification and submitting the admission fees.

The admission process for Ph.D. includes three steps: screening of applications, the IIHMR Research Aptitude Test (IRAT), and a personal interview.

Results and Cut off

The university accepts admission in the MBA through CAT or other government eligibility tests, a Minimum 50 percentile/qualifying score in any of the national level entrance exams. Those who have a less than 50 percentile will have to appear in the IIHMR UMAT for evaluation of eligibility.

The IIHMR University conducts an entrance test for the Ph.D. program enrollment. It is considered a qualifying subject with a qualifying mark of 50%. The syllabus for the entrance test shall consist of 50% of research methodology and 50% subject specific (including English language proficiency, reasoning, basic quantitative analysis, and research aptitude). The paper will consist of 100 objective-type MCQs.

Placement

The place at this university is the major thing upon which the students can be dependent. The placement cell here works dedicatedly with the faculty and alumni to prepare the students for a rewarding placement season. This includes, building crisp, unique, and creative resumes, regular technical and non-technical live training programs to help them succeed in interviews, conducting mock interviews and group discussions to help in students' all-round development, hosting aptitude tests, and mentoring sessions by the old alumni.

The university has a beautiful campus of over 14 acres situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The campus is filled with greenery and eye-catching visuals of the infrastructural beauty of the university.
