The students are given admission to the university on the basis of their previous academic performance and the marks scored in the entrance examination organized by the university and other national level entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT, UGC NET/JRF, and others.
The university prefers CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and other entrance examination scorecards to offer admission to the MBA courses. For other courses, the university conducts its own entrance examination. For the doctoral programs, the university prefers UGC NET/JRF qualified candidates and conducts their own entrance examinations too.
The eligibility criteria is a mandatory condition for students, which they have to fulfill to get admission to any course. Students need to pass the 10+2 or an equivalent level of examination from a recognized board of education to get admission to an undergraduate program. For admission to a master’s degree, students need to have an undergraduate degree in a similar specialization from a recognized university in India or abroad with at least 50% marks. The doctoral programs are offered to students having a postgraduate degree in a similar specialization from a recognized university with at least 55% marks, and a relaxation of 5% marks is given to the reserve category students.
