The university offers admission to students on the basis of their previous academic records and valid scorecards with cutoff marks in the government’s state and central level entrance exams. For an undergraduate course, students have to pass a 10+2 or equivalent level of exam from a recognized board of education in India with a minimum 45% score for pharmacy and engineering courses. A relaxation of 5% of marks is given to reserve category students. For a master’s, students need to have a graduation degree in similar specializations with at least 50% marks, and a relaxation of 5% marks is given to reserve category students. For doctoral courses, the students should have a master’s degree in a similar specialization with a 55% mark and should appear on the entrance test.
The university offers campus placement drivers for the final year students. The students have a golden opportunity to get placed during their academic session. The university organizes several live training programs and mock interviews to boost the confidence of students, which helps them perform well in the placement drives. The highest package received by any student in the current session was Rs 15 lakhs per annum.
