Overview

Amity University, Jaipur, Rajasthan (AUR) was established in 2008, by the Amity University Rajasthan Act. The AUR was set up to offer education according to global standards and for illuminating and guiding the students of all streams. Besides, to groom students as global leaders with strong ethical values and integrity, the college imparts knowledge for professional and sustainable development.

The institute is recognized by UGC and approved by the Council of Architecture and Bar Council of India along with the Rehabilitation Council of India. The college has been accredited by ASIC, UK. The various accolades of the institute including accreditations and affiliations from major and respected educational councils make Amity University Jaipur, one of the top institutes to be at for any of their curriculum.

The faculties at AUR are all doctorates and post-doctorates with expertise in their specific fields. Admission Process

The university arranges a proper selection procedure for admission in its various courses. the stepwise process of securing a seat at Amity Jaipur is mentioned below. 

• Fill up the application form from the official website (Admission microsite).
• On selection appear for the admission procedure. It includes the following screens.
  • Written test
  • Group discussion
  • Personal interview
• On selection soft copy of the admission letter is provided online.
• Pay the required admission fees to book the offered seat.

Result and Cut off

Admission to Amity Jaipur is a dream for many aspirants. The process of admission starts for a candidate once the required eligibility criteria are met. For admission to courses at Amity Jaipur, the candidate must be at least a 10+2 pass with a minimum of 50% marks. Upon the fulfillment of the criteria, the required admission process is followed. Upon selection, the candidate is offered a seat in his desired course. 

If the candidate has scored 80% or more marks in 12th from a recognized board then is eligible for direct admission in his desired course. 

Placement

The institute possesses a separate dedicated department to take care of the placement services for the institution. This department is known as the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC). CRC comprises experienced faculty members, selected student managers, and HODs. CRC maintains regular interaction with the corporate houses via its various orientation programs, guest lectures, industrial visits, and forum and alumni interactions. Besides, it prepares students for a better future via placements by conducting seminars, workshops, pre-placement talks, etc. All these programs guide them about the outside world and industrial practices. Campus Facilities

The 150 Acres state of art AUR campus is set amidst the lush green valley of Jaipur city. The green and peaceful environment of the campus brings together soothing to the mind and eyes along with knowledge, discipline, and recreation. The college provides a variety of academic, research, and technology-based learning to promote cross-cultural exposure, holistic development, and social as well as environmental responsibility to its students. Besides, the campus itself possesses a military training academy.

The AUR campus possesses a hostel with a capacity of housing 3100 students separately for boys and girls along with an expansive sporting complex. The hostel rooms are well-furnished, comfortable, and peaceful. Besides, the campus accommodates a multi-cuisine cafeteria, CCD, ATM, laundry, salon, and 24 by 7 medical facilities to meet the basic needs of the students. For its fitness-conscious students, the college provides a fully functional and equipped gymnasium.
