U.G Course 10+2: 45 % and quality the Exams: MHCET Law
P.G CourseCandidates must have earned 45% (45% for VJNT, SBC, and OBC category members of the State of Maharashtra), or equivalent, in their graduation from a university in Maharashtra or a comparable institution. Candidates who have earned a UG degree and a two-and-a-half-year PG degree after completing their coursework according to the 12th+3+2/3 pattern are also eligible to apply. PG diplomas are not equivalent to PG degrees. Candidates who obtained their +2 Pass Certificate or their First Degree through correspondence or distance learning may also apply. Admission is not permitted to candidates from open universities who hold degrees that violate the U.G.C. Act and regulations.
Diploma course Graduates from any stream of the arts, sciences, or commerce, as well as from any other faculty at an accredited institution, are eligible to apply for the D.T.L., D.L.L. & LW, and D.L.P.R.L. diploma programmes.
