Admission Process

The Pearl Kolkata offers courses in three different streams (Design, Business, and Media & Communication). So, to get admission to courses under these streams, you need to follow the common procedures of filling up the application form with the correct documents and paying the required fees. Following which the candidate must pass by the screens set before them for admission in the desired streams according to the requirements, which are as follows:

• General Proficiency Tests (Common to all)
• Design Aptitude Test (Design stream) / Media Aptitude Test (MAT)
• Personal Interview (common for all)

Once the candidate clears all these screens, a seat is offered in the desired stream. Under special requirements with desired qualifications, the student is also provided tuition fees wavier of 50% and 25%.

Result and Cut-off

For getting admission in the desired course under the desired stream at Pearl Kolkata, the candidate must be a 10+2 pass from any discipline under a recognized board for undergraduate courses and must be a graduation pass from a known university for the postgraduate courses. If the given criterion is satisfied, the candidate can fill the application form, sit for the general proficiency test (GPT) followed by Design Aptitude Test (DAT)/ Media Aptitude Test (MAT).
