Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute (MGMCRI) Pondicherry is a well-known medical institute, that was established in the year 2001, with the motto of facilitating students with premium medical knowledge. The college is affiliated with Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (Deemed University) and got approval from the Medical Council of India (MCI). Placement
As per 2020 statistics, 150+ students are placed in top private and public hospitals. Even, the college provides a Rs 2500 stipend per month during the internship period. The students got a golden chance to work as junior residents in the same or different medical college.
