- 45% to performance in the GD and PI round, including the Oxford interview. High marks are given to candidates with high self confidence, strong communication skills, and sound knowledge of international business.

- 20% to undergraduate and School Board Examination performance. Again, there is no cut-off (similar to the 50% requirement seen in other Business Schools), but a very low academic score will affect the overall application.
- 5% to extracurricular and sports performance.

The four year old association also leverages the wide industry experience of the alumni pool to help the current students gain more practical knowledge.

Preparation & FAQs
