MICA Placement Updates: MICA has conducted a placement session, where 208 students were recruited. The MICA placement session records 100% placement with a starting CTC of Rs 14 lakhs to 19 lakh, an average CTC of the top 50% MICA students has reached Rs 24.25 lakh and the Highest CTC recorded to be at 57.51 Lakh per annum.
MICA, Ahmedabad, the renowned institute has organized a placement session for the 27th batch (2021-22) of the PGDM-Communication program students. The institute has recorded 100% placement of its flagship PGDM students. This year, MICA has seen an increase in students’ average package by 35%. MICA said the highest domestic package of students is at 57.52 lakh (CTC) per annum. It has almost increased by 16% as compared to the last academic session. While the top 50% of students receive an average package of 14 lakhs to 19 lakhs.
MICA witnessed an increase in new recruiting companies. According to MICA, more than 77 companies partnered and recruited 208 students. The FMCG sector made 25 offers, followed by Media and Advertising with 27 offers, Analytics and Consulting made 39 offers and the IT/IES sector topped the recruiting record with 94 offers.
There were various recruiting brands including Amul, Amazon, Tata Steel, Deloitte, Flipkart, Google, Motocorp, ITC, Loreal, Royal Enfield, Titan, The Coca Cola, Microsoft, Accenture, 4700 BC, Paytm, Gartner, Wipro, Schindler, and more.

As per the MICA statement, the students have been offered various positions like Sales Operation Program Manager, Content Designer, Digital Marketing Strategist, Product Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, Campaign Manager – Marketing, Corporate Communications, Customer Success Manager, Assistant Manager Growth and Strategy, and Digital Marketing Manager.
