Course Highlights
  • Pass the FAA Private Pilot knowledge test (PAR) with a grade of 90 or more
  • Understand the various parts of an airplane and the systems and instruments associated with it.
  • Understand the aerodynamics of flight including forces in various phases of flight, stability, stalls, and spins.
  • Understand the importance of weight and balance and be able to compute real life examples using various methods.
  • Understand the performance and limitations of various general aviation aircraft and be able to compute various calculations based on charts and graphs.
  • Become familiar with the Federal Aviation Regulation, including Parts 1, 61, 91, 43, 71. 73, and many more.
  • Understand the various required documents necessary for flying legally, along with the required inspections.
  • Recognize and correct the effect of several aeromedical factors on the human body while flying.
  • Become familiar with the concepts of aeronautical decision making (ADM) and apply them to real life situations.
