AILET 2024 Admit Card Release: In an unexpected development, the National Law University (NLU) Delhi has postponed releasing the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2024 admit card. Initially scheduled for November 20, 2023, the admit card release’s revised date is now November 24. This alteration comes as a surprise for candidates eagerly awaiting the crucial document for their upcoming examination.
Once the admit cards are released on November 24, registered candidates can access and download their hall tickets from the official website at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The process is straightforward, requiring candidates to log in using their ‘Registration Number‘ and ‘Date of Birth.’
The AILET 2024 is scheduled for December 10, 2023, in a single shift from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The examination will be conducted across many cities, including prominent locations such as Bengaluru, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Bhopal, Chandigarh, and others. However, a noteworthy condition stipulates that test centers will only be established in cities where candidates exceed 100.
The test center will not be created if the number of candidates in a particular test city is less than 100. Instead, candidates will be allocated a test city based on their 2nd or 3rd preference.
To facilitate a seamless download process, candidates are provided with a step-by-step guide for obtaining their AILET Admit Card:
Step 1: Navigate to the official website at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
Step 2: Locate and click the link on the homepage to download the AILET admit card.
Step 3: A new page will open; enter your login credentials and click the submit button.
Step 4: Your AILET admit card for 2024 will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download and take a printout of the admit card for future reference.
The AILET 2024 entrance test is designed to comprise 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark. The test composition includes 50 MCQs on the subject of research methodology. For candidates pursuing a Ph.D. in Law, the remaining 50 MCQs will cover various branches of Law. Similarly, for those in the Ph.D. in Social Sciences category, the remaining 50 MCQs will span different chapters of Social Sciences.
Candidates are reminded of the hostile marking policy in the AILET 2024 entrance test. Marks will be deducted for incorrect answers, with 0.25 marks subtracted for each wrong response. Therefore, four incorrect answers will result in a deduction of one spot. This underscores the importance of precision and careful consideration during the examination.
In conclusion, as AILET 2024 draws near, candidates must stay vigilant for further updates and notifications from NLU Delhi. The unexpected shift in the admit card release date emphasizes the dynamic nature of examination schedules, necessitating adaptability from aspiring law students. Candidates must adhere to the revised plan and guidelines provided by the authorities to ensure a smooth and successful examination experience.
