NCET 2023 Registration Date Extended: The deadline for submitting applications for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2023 has been extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates can now submit their NTA NCET 2023 applications online through July 25 at 11:30 PM on the official website, ncet.samarth.ac.in.

The NTA NCET 2023 is being held to determine eligibility for enrollment in the four-year Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) at the central and state universities, as well as other colleges and universities, IITs, and NITS, that are participating for the academic year 2023–2024.
Applicants may change the NTA NCET 2023 application form on July 26 and 27. Only candidates from accredited boards who passed Class 12 or an exam of a similar level or registered for the 2023 exam will be allowed to sit for it. If the institution has age restrictions, the applicant must satisfy them to be given a seat.
Step 1: Visit the NCET website at ncet.samarth.ac.in.
Step 2: Go to the homepage and click the registration link.
Step 3: Complete the application form and register yourself.
Step 4: Complete the registration form by providing the requested information.
Step 5: Upload the necessary paperwork and pay the NTA NCET application fee.
Step 6: After carefully reviewing the form, submit it.
Step 7: Save the confirmation page on your computer.
Applicants from the unreserved category must submit a Rs. 1200 application fee. Applications from the OBC, NCL, and EWS categories will cost Rs 1000. Candidates under the SC, ST, PwBD, or third-gender categories must pay Rs 650.
Candidates to participate in the NCET 2023 have no upper age limit. However, candidates must have earned their Class 12 or diploma from an accredited board or institution of higher learning. It is significant to note that the applicants must meet any age requirements of the government college, university, or institution.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) on behalf of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), which is an organization that promotes teacher preparation. For the Academic Session 2023–2024, the NCET is being held to select qualified candidates for admission into four-year integrated teacher education programs (ITEPs) at select government colleges and central and state universities, including IITs, NITs, and RIEs. The computer-based NCET 2023 will be administered in 13 languages by the NTA. Multiple-choice questions will be included in the exam. Four sections in total will make up the test. Candidates must select two languages from a list of 33 for the first section of the exam. There will be 20 questions in each of the chosen languages. Section 2 will be on domain-specific subjects. The candidate must select three domain-specific subjects from a list of 26. There are 25 questions for every subject. There will be 25 questions in the third section, which is a general test. Twenty questions will be in Section 4, “Teaching Aptitude.” Every section will have a mandatory question in it.
