IGNOU Admission 2023: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) admission process for the January session 2023 has started, and the application forms for B.ED, Ph.D., and B.Sc (Nursing) are available for students to apply through the online mode. The application forms for other courses such as BA, MA, B.Com, M.Sc, and various other courses are expected to be released soon.
The renowned National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the entrance examination for a select few programs. Many students who received degrees from this reputable and esteemed university have benefited from the entrance exam, which is a university-level exam.
The last date to apply for the B.ED, Ph.D., and B.Sc (Nursing) is 20th December 2022, as the students are advised to fill out the form as soon as possible so they won’t face server busy issues.
The IGNOU begins accepting applications for its UG and PG programs, such as BA, BCom, MSc, MA, etc., in two cycles: January and July. When offering admission to reputable undergraduate and graduate programs, the UGC-approved university uses both online and offline methods. Although IGNOU’s application fees vary, they begin at INR 300 for specialized programs.
The BEd, PhD, and BSc Nursing entrance exam application deadlines have been announced by the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Prior to December 20, 2022, applications for the BSc Nursing and BEd entrance exams were due. IGNOU’s official website, ignou.ac.in, is now accepting registrations for the entrance exam, which will cost Rs 1,000 in January 2023.
The applicants are required to have provided a set of documents before moving on to the application form.
Step 1: The applicants have to visit the official website of the IGNOU, which is http://ignou.ac.in/.
Step 2: Find the “New Registration” or “Apply Online for a Specific Exam” tab.
Step 3: Click on the “Apply Now” tab, which will take you to the new admission portal.
Step 4: Enter all necessary information during the registration process, and the registration ID and password will be generated.
Step 5: Sign in to complete the application form. Complete every field accurately and completely.
Step 6: Use the recommended method to make the payment for submitting the application form.
Step 7: Select the option for final submission.
Step 8: Keep a copy of the application form and the payment receipt for your records.
