CAT 2022 Admit Card: Live Updates, Know the Steps to Download Hall Tickets for the 27th Nov Exam

The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 is going to be conducted on 27th November by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). It has been announced that it will release the admit card on 27th October by 5 PM. All those applicants who have filled in the application form can download the admit card from the official website of IIM.

For the purpose of selecting candidates for admission to the Indian Institutes of Management and other participating institutions, CAT is held on a national level. Candidates for IIM admissions must participate in additional rounds such as a group discussion and an individual interview after passing the CAT.

There will be 150 test cities where the CAT examinations will be conducted. The names of the test centers are listed on the admit card, and test cities are listed on the CAT website.

The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes and it is divided into three sections of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability, respectively.

Each section of the exam will have a 40-minute time limit, and candidates are not permitted to move between sections while they are answering questions in one.

CAT is one of the most prestigious examinations in India that offers students an opportunity to get admission to top b-schools in India for MBA programs. The admit card for the entrance exam is going to be released one month before the exam date, while NTA usually releases its admit card four days before the exam date. In a comparison between IIM and NTA as a testing agency, IIM is way ahead of NTA.

Steps to download CAT 2022 admit card

Step 1: Go to iimcat.ac.in, the official website.
Step 2: Select the link highlighting “CAT Admit Card 2022” from the homepage.
Step 3: Enter and submit your login information.
Step 4: A screen with your CAT Hall Ticket 2022 will appear.
Step 5: Download the admit card and print it out for future reference.
